Welcome to DOT Compliance Hub, an application operated by Hale CPR LLC. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the DOT Compliance Hub platform, including all services, software, tools, and resources made available through the application.

By accessing or using DOT Compliance Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the application immediately.

1. Description of Service

DOT Compliance Hub provides an all-in-one compliance management platform designed to assist organizations and individuals with managing Department of Transportation (DOT) related documentation, records, compliance tracking, and related operational tools.

The platform may include features such as:

  • Compliance record management
  • Documentation storage
  • Employee or contractor compliance tracking
  • Notifications and reminders
  • Administrative dashboards
  • Other compliance support tools

DOT Compliance Hub is intended as a support tool only and does not replace professional legal, regulatory, or compliance advice.

2. User Responsibilities

By using DOT Compliance Hub, you agree that:

  • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all information entered into the platform.
  • You remain solely responsible for meeting all applicable federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
  • You will not use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
  • You will maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.

DOT Compliance Hub does not guarantee regulatory compliance and does not assume responsibility for regulatory violations or penalties incurred by users.

3. Subscription and Billing

Access to certain features of DOT Compliance Hub may require a paid subscription.

By purchasing a subscription you agree that:

  • Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected at the time of purchase.
  • Payments are processed electronically and must be kept current to maintain access to the service.
  • Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

4. No Refund Policy

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable.

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No refunds, credits, or prorated reimbursements will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to partial usage, non-use of the platform, cancellation, or termination of service.

5. Subscription Cancellation

To cancel a subscription:

  • Users must provide at least three (3) days notice prior to the next billing cycle.
  • Cancellation requests submitted less than three (3) days before the billing date may result in the next billing cycle being charged.
  • Access to the platform will continue until the end of the paid billing period.

Cancellation requests must be submitted through the platform or through the designated support contact.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DOT Compliance Hub, Hale CPR LLC, and Dannielle Hale shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Use or inability to use the application
  • Regulatory violations or compliance failures
  • Loss of data, records, or business operations
  • Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies within the platform
  • Decisions made based on information stored or generated within the system

Users acknowledge that they use the platform at their own risk.

7. Release of Liability

By using DOT Compliance Hub, you expressly agree to release, waive, and discharge:

  • DOT Compliance Hub
  • Hale CPR LLC
  • Dannielle Hale

from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from or related to:

  • Use of the platform
  • Compliance management activities
  • Data entered or maintained within the system
  • Regulatory enforcement actions or audits

8. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain reliable service, DOT Compliance Hub does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The platform may experience maintenance periods, updates, or technical issues.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the service at any time.

9. Termination of Access

DOT Compliance Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts at its discretion if:

  • These Terms are violated
  • Fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected
  • Platform misuse occurs

10. Changes to Terms

DOT Compliance Hub reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted within the application or on the official website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the applicable state jurisdiction of Hale CPR LLC, without regard to conflict of law principles.
